Small World
27 July
Went to the gym and a few things happened.
1) There are a few new machines in the gymn...not fully set-up yet
2) Tried the bandana on the head as I tend to sweat too much. So far it does help but think I still need a face towel.
3) My favourite treadmill acted funny...stopped a few times in mid-run. Finally had to run on another machine.
4) Got to know Ng, a regular. Good chat and surprise, surprise he is a good fren of YYY....one of my ACS classmates. Its a small world.
