Daily Walk & Thots..... the Journey is just as Important as the Destination

Saw this sign outside a barber (or was it a hair saloon) shop in Taman Desa Danau which got us all confused. Look at the sign and try to figure exactly the logic.

Adult -- charged RM8 & Children -- RM6 so between adult & children would be teenagers right instead of middle-age (uncles & aunties)?
