Spit on the eyes....would you want it?
Pastor P posted a challenging question ? Would most of us want Jesus to spit on to our eyes to take away our blindness or would we insist on Him just touching our eyes to give us back our sight; well since He is the Almighty & able to heal even without having to physically touch anyone.
(Mark 8:22-26)
23 So He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the town. And when He had spit on his eyes and put His hands on him, He asked him if he saw anything.
24 And he looked up and said, "I see men like trees, walking."
Another point Pastor P made was all blinds mentioned in the bible are men....no women. A gender issue? The Devil's work becos man needs to have vision becos he is the head of house i.e. take away his vision and he loses his ability ot lead. ref: extracted from Pastor P's notes
