People are getting more health conscious
Reached Bukit Kiara gym at 11am today (Sat) after dropping HWW for ballet. Surprised....the gym is packed even on saturday morning - the ppl are different from the evening crowds though. 7 of the 8 working threadmills are occupied....more aunties.
Did 3km today. Will take a shower & pick HWW up after sending this off.
# Also dropped the XTrail for wash at the club - had been looking for a convenient car wash where I can safely drop the car and also do something else like lunch etc. The wash cost RM15 which is the same as the what the car wash beside the DDP foodcourt charge but should be more convenient - car washed while I jog.
