Daily Walk & Thots..... the Journey is just as Important as the Destination

That's WL waiting @ BKC bowling alley while WW & M2 play table-tennis. Just bought the two TT bats in Sg. Way.

Got up late this morning & had "brunch" with M2, WW & mother @ Devis Corner. As usual had nasi lemak....mmmh good.

Last week had been a busy week. Mon-Fri in Hilton Sentral & 2 evenings with the guys & gals; 1 nite @ BangsarSeafood & another nite @ Hakka.

YH spend 2 nites sleeping over & the 3 of us went to LowYat on Sat. Got JS the Dopod 818 Pro .....he deserved it for his A Level results.



In summary a busy but good week as also managed to run on Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri (rowed 5km).



#On the way now to KLIA & ran 3km in BK just before that.

Similar to the Q Box in Time Square, KL. Saw this gal (I think she is.....) dancing vigorously inside the cubicle. She noticed that I was watching & she opened the door & gestured to join her. Hmmm....no I didn't join in the dance or singing.

More of the cubicles....I think it cost 10 baht per song.

Market....people actually cleaning the street in preparation for the Agriculture fair. Saw some really red and bright green guava...very sweet but can't help wondering about the dyes added (although the lady did said No Die No Die....)

Thursday 10 August

Reached Haadyai around 5pm (local time) after quite a long ride from Changloon. Bought some wines for tonight & CH bought some whiskey.

We wanted to use the gym but discover that we hv to pay 200 baht to use facilities, so we decided to go to Departmental store across the road instead. Had mango & pulut rice wif T2 just outside the hotel.

Tuesday 8 August

This is a pic taken this morning of the Twin Towers. A very hazy morning......compliment from our friendly neighbour.

Had a good 6KM run before going to office & did the other workouts including a 4KM row later in the evening as will be going to Haadyai on Thursday with T2 & CH.

That’s M2 doing the leg curls on one of the new equipments on Sat which is a good time to try all these new stuff....not too many people around.

Did 6 km @ BKR gym today plus sets of stomach crunch, lower back.....on the new machines
Good workout & did 5km in less 31 minutes.

That's JS taking my chicken hor fan this morning. His 1st day @ work in Std Chartered Bank. He will be working there until Dec before he leave for NZ. We had breakfast in Imbi before dropping him off.

He was quite pleased with himself, own cubicle, own laptop, own pass etc

He is really a young man and as M2 said later its their world now - JS, WL & certain extent WW.
